File Watcher to trigger RPA scripts for processes that have variable times

Sometimes a scheduler is not the way you want to go. A "File Watcher" similar to have Control-M does its File Watcher. A watcher pointed to a Directory and intelligence about the file is it looking for(ex. dailyfinancedebt[*today].txt) to trigger RPA scripts.
